Minutes and other restricted documents are found in the password-protected Council Archive. The password is given to council members individually. The Archive currently includes full contact details for council members, the Society Rules, and all NZES council minutes back to July 1997. Parts of this archive may be opened up to membership access in the future. Public minutes of NZES council meetings are regularly published in the NZES Newsletter, past issues of which are available for public download from the NZES Newsletter webpage.
